food missing from order..salad on both orders missing..and sauce on one.

Really disappointed in this place. Heard good reviews and decided to give it a go. Ordered for collection and was told to collect in 20 mins time. Hubby went to collect our food and was still waiting inside the place after an hour. The food wasn't even prepped when he went in!! He's too polite to say anything at the time. This service is simply not good enough. If you are going to have customers waiting that length of time or there is not enough staff then do not accept order's!! The food was mediocre in my honest opinion. Won't be back.
